OVERVIEW

Workshop 2 provides a detailed breakdown of what life in prison is like and the common challenges faced.

This is particularly important because it gives the participants an authentic understanding of what goes on in prisons and separates what they see on social media from what it is really like. The aim of giving young people this information is to deter them away from making detrimental choices.

Participants will understand how difficult prison life is. As prison is the harshest consequence for breaking the law they need to understand the truth of what happens behind those doors.
