Khadys Dream is an innovative youth violence prevention and early intervention organisation providing a vital safety net for young people at risk of exploitation, criminalisation, and harm.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we work across schools and communities to deliver engaging, trauma-informed workshops and programmes that explore the real-life consequences of crime, challenge harmful narratives, and support young people to make informed choices about their futures.

JAIL TIME?"
We surveyed 40 young people aged 13-21 at a workshop in Camden in July 2023.

37 out of 40 said they'd willingly go to prison for 2 years or more for £1000...
​
Khadys Dream offers a unique insight into the lived reality of inner-city youth growing up in communities with limited opportunities.
​
Spreading the message on social media platforms and through partnerships with local organisations is a central part of the project's work.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT
PROGRAMME
Seven sessions offering young people a comprehensive understanding of what happens before, during and after entering the criminal justice system.
Participants are given valuable knowledge and awareness of the consequences of making poor decisions.
Guest speakers such as prison staff, mental health nurses, probation workers, solicitors, ex-offenders and deeply affected families give their perspectives.
